Reviewed roughly 10,000 Salesforce accounts and cleaned up about 800 duplicate records using name normalization, confidence-level grouping, and a tiered merge framework. This was the same account base I later enriched in the CRM enrichment project. Then set CRM governance standards to prevent future duplication.
