Built a custom Lightning component on the Salesforce Lead page giving SDRs instant institution FTE, segment tier, and AE routing guidance, cutting account research time from 30 seconds to 3 seconds. Originally prototyped as a Google Sheets lookup before being rebuilt natively in Salesforce.
